 is a private operating foundation with a mission to develop and present financial education courses for investors.

The foundation is a formal extension of classes Vincent Rossi developed and taught at various colleges and universities.  He began teaching investment management classes across Arizona in 1986 for executive education programs at Northern Arizona University and Thunderbird Global School of Management.  Later classes followed at the University of Arizona Extended University and University of Phoenix.

Mr. Rossi embarked upon his teaching endeavors 22 years ago to fill the void of quality educational programs for investors.  Classes are designed to help investors invest wisely, retire successfully, and thoughtfully plan the transfer of their estates.  All of the classes present lifelong skills that increase the likelihood of investment, retirement and estate planning success.

Classes are designed to accommodate the varying needs of diverse individual backgrounds and are presented by professionals exprienced with the subject matter.
