Vince Rossi is the founder of Inspired Capitalworks. As chairman of the firm, he is responsible for the strategic direction of the firm and fulfillment of the promise of the firm's 12 hallmarks. His primary client role is investment management and wealth strategy for each of the firm's clients.
His career in the financial services industry has been distinguished by a broad foundation of knowledge and experience in the capital markets and wealth management. Prior to founding the firm, he was a Senior Vice President at Morgan Stanley, where he served as a Wealth Advisor, Portfolio Manager and Senior Investment Management Consultant, and a Managing Director at Piper Jaffray, where served as a Strategic Wealth Planner, Portfolio Manager and Senior Investment Management Consultant. At both Morgan Stanley and Piper Jaffray, Mr. Rossi specialized in wealth management, investment consulting and portfolio management. He worked exclusively with a select number of client families, their related family members and their philanthropic organizations.
Prior to the development of his individual client practice, he served institutional clients, hedging and arbitraging billions of dollars of U.S. government securities. He has also been an individual member of one of the world’s largest financial exchanges, The International Monetary Market Division of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, where he traded exclusively for his personal account.
Since 1986, Mr. Rossi has written and taught personal investment management classes for executive programs at Thunderbird School of Global Management, The University of Arizona Extended University, Northern Arizona University and the University of Phoenix.
During his career, Vince has also earned the following professional designations: Certified Investment Management Analyst, Chartered Life Underwriter, Accredited Estate Planner and Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy. He has also passed Level I of the examination for the Chartered Financial Analysts designation. Vince has studied advanced wealth management issues through the Investment Management Consultants Association in conjunction with the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, the Center for Fiduciary Studies in conjunction with the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School at the University of Pittsburgh, the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, the Philip E. Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning at the University of Miami School of Law, the Richard D. Irwin Graduate School at the American College, the Esperti-Peterson Institute at Michigan State University, the Kinder Institute and the Cannon Financial Institute.

Fred is a co-founder of Inspired Capitalworks. His primary client role is wealth transfer planning, including analysis, strategy development and implementation.
Fred is also a principal of Goldinov & McCauley, PLC, a legal firm concentrating in wealth transfer planning. His career as an attorney specializing exclusively in estate planning and wealth transfer strategy spans 34 years providing counsel to prosperous individuals, families, business owners, executives and professionals. He also provides asset protection and tax counsel to individuals and families who attain sudden wealth through initial public offerings, lottery winnings and inheritance. Fred is experienced structuring compassionate estate planning for family members and persons with disabilities or special needs.
Fred has been active in education in the professional community and delights in teaching and mentoring. He has been an instructor for the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, the American College’s Chartered Life Underwriter program at Phoenix College, and Mesa Community College. He authored and has taught “Legal Problems of Aging” for Scottsdale Community College’s adult education program.
Mr. Goldinov has been a Fellow of the Esperti Peterson Institute for Advanced Estate Planning, a Senior Fellow for the Estate and Wealth Planning Strategies Institute at Michigan State University, an adjunct professor for the Academy of Multidisciplinary Practice, Inc., and a Laureate Circle Member of the Southern California Institute.
Fred has been a contributing author to three publications, Generations, Planning Your Legacy and Ways and Means, Maximizing the Value of Your Retirement Savings and What To Do When Your Spouse Dies. He has also been a reviewer for Conspectus Current, a national publication for legal, financial and accounting professionals on current and relevant issues in estate and wealth planning, and an editor of Don’t Die Broke, Keeping What You Own.
Mr. Goldinov participates and presents in discussion panels for the Tax section and Probate and Trust section of the State Bar of Arizona. He also assisted in the creation and passage of Arizona legislation to assist Arizona professionals in adding design options to their retirement plans.
As an attorney, he works with great passion to educate families about estate and wealth transfer planning in understandable terms. He has specialized skills to help wealthholders gain the clarity, liberty and inspiration they need to make wise choices with their wealth. Fred has studied the Seven Stages of Money Maturity and life plannning at the Kinder Institute of Life Planning and is listed as a life planning professional with the Kinder Institute.

Jerry is a co-founder of Inspired Capitalworks. His primary client role is personal and business tax analysis and tax strategy.
Jerry is the president of Bernard and Stallman, P.C., an accounting firm specializing in individual and small business taxation and consulting. He started in public practice after serving for five years as a revenue agent with the IRS.
Jerry has been active in the professional community, chairing the Arizona Tax Legislation committee and serving as a member of the Arizona Tax Liaison and Internal Revenue Service Liaison committees for the Arizona State Society of CPAs as well as serving as member of the board of directors for the Society. In addition to his contribution to several ASCPA committees, he has served on the Tax Practice Committee for the Arizona State Board of Accountancy.
Mr. Bernard is also a published author. He co-authored six books published by John Wiley and Sons, New York in 1996 and 1997. The six book series, IRS Audit Protection and Survival Guide, contain his advice for dealing with the Internal Revenue Service based, in part, on his five years of experience as a revenue agent.
