Getting Started
____________________________________________________________________________
We serve our clients as advisers, managers, leaders and counselors. In each role, we contribute differently and each of our clients looks to us with different needs at different times. Most often, we contribute simultaneously across all capacities in differing degrees. As the framework below illustrates, our efforts in each of these capacities creates complementary benefits for our clients.
We’ll need to meet with you to learn about what is important to you and why it is important to you. This allows each of us to gain an understanding of how we may best be able to help you. To allow us to properly prepare for our meeting with you, we will ask that you complete a short pre-introduction questionnaire. We understand that we serve our clients using very sensitive and personal information. We want you to understand why we ask you for information and the efforts we undertake to protect it. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your privacy. Client confidentiality is our ethical responsibility and a firm imperative. We adhere to our firm’s client confidentiality policy and safeguards for clients and prospective clients alike.
