Business Continuity

We are committed to providing uninterrupted service and support to our clients and have developed a business continuity plan to support our commitment.  Our business continuity plan incorporates real-time and fully redundant data processing, voice communications and electronic document storage systems located on a different power grid more than 2,000 miles from our headquarters location, and additional and separate offsite backup data storage.  Our business continuity plan also incorporates multiple data communications providers and benefits from additional locations of specific-purpose applications systems and servers across the country. 

The primary objectives of our business continuity plan in the event of a business interruption are to mimimize the impact of the interruption, sustain a minimally acceptable level of service for an extended period of time, and return to normal business activities as quickly as possible.
